My name is Daniel Álvarez, and I was born in Zamora, Michoacán—a beautiful city in western Mexico where strong values, hard work, and a sense of community are deeply rooted.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Property Valuation from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) in Puerto Vallarta. This combination of academic training has provided me with a unique perspective in the real estate industry, allowing me to analyze properties not only from a market standpoint but also from a technical, financial, and investment perspective.
Since moving to Puerto Vallarta in 2016, I have dedicated my career to helping clients make informed real estate decisions. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, I have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors from Mexico, the United States, and Canada, guiding them through successful transactions in one of Mexico’s most dynamic and desirable real estate markets.
