Meet Javier Chavez

Born in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, a vibrant border city influenced by both Mexican and American cultures, Javier developed a strong sense of leadership, business, and customer service from an early age. He earned a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Universidad del Valle de México, combining his technical education with a natural talent for sales and administration. 

At just 18 years old, Javier began his professional career as the manager of his family’s hotel, where he gained valuable experience in operations, customer relations, and business management. His strong work ethic and leadership abilities later led him to a successful career with PEMEX, where he quickly advanced through the organization and was promoted to Production Supervisor by the age of 25. 

After relocating to Puerto Vallarta, Javier brought his management experience and customer-focused approach to the real estate industry. Today, he serves as both a Real Estate Professional and Property  Manager, working alongside his husband, Daniel Alvarez. Javier specializes in property administration, owner and client relations, transaction coordination, and real estate sales. 

Javier is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions and creating a seamless real estate experience. He looks forward to helping buyers, sellers, and investors turn their Puerto Vallarta real estate goals into reality.
